This is good, quick and easy–perfect for people who don’t like to cook! The sauce that it makes is really yummy on brown rice.
10 chicken legs, skin removed (or use whatever pieces you have on hand)
2 onions, sliced
1/4 c. dry white wine or chicken broth
1/4 c. evaporated milk
2 T. fresh parsley (or 2 t. dried)
2 T. fresh thyme (or 2 t. dried)
1 t. fresh rosemary (or 1/2 t. dried)
1/4 t. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
Put chicken in slow cooker. Combine all of the other ingredients and mix well, then dump over the chicken. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
