I was pleasantly surprised by how light and refreshing this dip was. To be honest, I only made it because my mom was coming for lunch and I thought she would like it; I had no idea how much we would like it! We’ve eaten it on sloppy joes, raw veggies, taco salad and roasted potatoes. Mmmm!
1/4 c. plain yogurt (or sour cream)
2 tsp. thinly-sliced green onions or chives
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard (I used Dijon, but you could use yellow mustard.)
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
salt to taste
Mix and chill.
